Hard to get in touch with. When you do get someone on the phone, they act as if they are bothered you called. I can't tell you how many times I've been promised that someone from their sales staff was going to come out and talk to me. I haven't seen a soul. All I can figure is they aren't really interested in selling beer. They absolutely aren't interested in building any kind of relationship with customers.
