You as a company need to select your employees better, the women in this place are beyond ignorant. Customer service told me that this place would exchange my equipment and finish the upgrade in service I wanted.... they gave me a broken modem dirty and used, and then said they don’t have time to upgrade my service because they only had an hour left until closed!!!! Absolutely unprofessional please do f you even read this stuff do something about it.

Member service at this location is very rude and not helpful at all (very trashy) location has garbage outside and tissues on the ground inside. Not a location I would go back to. No greeting at the door no greeting when you leave no information about what deals they have currently running specials for internet or cable or phone was not offered buy a sales specialist.
The girl there today was HORRIBLE!!! Normally they are great, but today this girl was condescending and rude! Called the 800 number and got great service.
Had to go in an exchange router box the lady was nice and gave me information on other services she was very kind and helpful...
I have called and waited 45 minutes the first time I got to talk to a real person. It was the wrong person. They said they needed to transfer me. I said no. But they couldn’t help. Waited again 30 minutes still nothing resolved. They told me I needed to talk to another person AGAIN. I HUNG UP. Next day I called same thing happened. This time I waited 1 HOUR to talk to the right person. Now appointment to set up service. 3 weeks waited.an shows up. Asks where is boxes to install. They hadn’t arrived yet. He left then 5 days later these Apple Boxes arrive. WRONG. we wanted DVR box and HD box. OMG. I called again another 1 hour wait to talk to someone. They told me I had to take Apple Boxes to a store in Youngstown to get a refund and pick up the DVR HD boxes. Now I am waiting in a line to get my money back. Understand I live 45 minutes away. I have been waiting for 40 minutes and still waiting. I hate this company. If I was doing this for myself I would have changed companies. I am doing this for my Deaf son. Awful company. Hate them their service terrible.
