Most of the staff is very rude very unprofessional. Will you call in to the supervisor nothing is being done to help with any of the situations between the client and staff. Where I come from things are so much different want to come to always being professional no matter what the situation is Youngstown Metropolitan Housing Authorities stuff all you can do is smh.

called receptionist was rude wouldn give me case workers name just transfered me to the wrong person to make matters worst so Itried caling back multiple times and she never answered the the .THis was an very important phone call on my behalf concerning my utilities and was rude and not helpful at all. This call was around 8:40a.m Monday March23 2020 hopefully its resolved and her attitude and phone etiquite is better
