A piece of plastic in one of the printer trays which hold the paper had broke. Had called 4 or 5 places, and got ridiculous quotes starting from 100 just to come out for a service call, plus whatever extra, depending on what needs to be fixed. Also said it might take from an hour up as far as how long it would take to resolve the problem. \Your Copier Company\ came out here, replaced the whole drawer, were in and out of here in 5 minutes, and the total cost for everything, including service was 69. Plus, it turns out that their printer ink/cartridges/imaging units cost less than half what we're currently paying. I will definitely be using them from now on. Thank You!:)
