Rich is awesome! Flat out. He makes the floor buying proces a breeze. Almost too many options if that's possible! And he offered us 12 month 0% financing, although we ended up just throwing it on the card for points. Highly reccomend! ANd this is after working with Home Depot...the worst

We had our livingroom, hallway and bedroom carpeting installed by Your Floor Store and these guys are the best. Even when we called because of what we thought was an issue with the livingroom carpet, the owner himself came to our house took care of it. You are never going to find that kind of service at the big box stores. You deal with the owner from measuring to install and we even received a call the next day to make sure we were happy. Awesome flooring store with incredible installers. The carpet looks great. Debbie in the office will help you from the very beginning all the way through the entire process. We checked around before we decided to go with Your Floor Store, nobody even came close. Thank you for great service.
