I think these people have a kickback with their doctors. Dermatologists pushed us to use them. Terrible service. They doubled the price after initial start. I tried to discuss with supervisor and she pretended she couldn’t hear me and hung up. Push your providers to use who YOU want - not fill their pockets.

to;dr: this place is a mess. long version: i called to get a perscription two days ago, and they said they transferred it to their \sister pharmacy\. i call that pharmacy and they said to call YourRx because my name wasn't on their list. i called YourRx again and they put me on hold because they didn't have my perscription. they came back and told me that their sister pharmacy would contact me within a day. thats what they told me last time... i only have a certain time frame (tomorrow being my last day) to get my perscription. hoping this doesn't get messed up.
