These folks need training on windows display. Or at least try not to mislead ppl. Been here for a year and all you can see are baby toys from the street. No clue about everything else they had! Otherwise: great location, great prices, great selection of stationary and homegoods. Staff is not friendly!

Very nice new store to shop from.
This store is fantastic! This store sells a lot of daily necessity, I dont ever need to go somewhere ridiculously far just to get something for my new apartment. This store is right next to the subway exist making it easier to access. Today I bought a lot small items and will be back to buy more!
I was excited to have a new department store open up in LIC that too a quick two min walk from my apt. but I was appalled at customer service. My mother in law bought me a number of items as a gift from this store and was told anything can be exchanged within 7 days with the receipt. When I went in the store within the prescribed window to exchange the teller first commented on why I needed to exchange so many items in a rude fashion even though all items were not used and in original packaging. Then when we started processing the exchange she asked me for the credit card used to make the purchase. I explained to her my mother in law had bought the items as a gift and was told I would only need a receipt to exchange. I further explained that she was visiting from Texas and getting the CC was not an option. She then in a rude fashion went on to say that she would not be able to process the exchange without the credit card and that I can’t just GRAB items and walk out of the store. I then requested to speak to manager and was shocked to know that she herself was in fact the manager. Her name was Casper. I tried explaining that I would be willing to spend as much or more than the value of the original items but she would not listen and simply stuffed my items in a bag and gave them back. Truly shocking to see such poor customer service !!!
This is a really great store. It has a lot of cute place, it is like a mugi store! The prices are reasonable and cheap! I strongly recommend people coming here!
A great variety of affordable items for almost anyone. From scarves and gloves to lunch boxes and toilet paper to markers and notebooks. Almost everything is in a soft palette with minimalistic design. Neat shop.
This was place is very nice and items are very affordable. The only thing I didn't like was that it seemed as if every customer was being followed around and whenever I touched something and put it back, the sales associate immediately fixed it. It made me not want to touch anything as they seemed annoyed when you moved something.
I love that place, they sell different kinds of home goods, and it is not pricy. Everything is organized, the service is also amazing.
