This company should not be in business. I called the owner at 2:30 Friday, didn't hear back from him until 4pm. My furnace, which he installed, quit blowing warm air and our house has no other heat source, it was the coldest day of the year! He showed up Saturday at 11:00 but could not repair the furnace because the parts store wasn't open. He said to buy some space heaters and boil some water on the stove and he would be back Monday.

Beginning with my first phone call this company was very professional and explained everything regarding the installation of a bypass humidifier on my furnace. The workmen were cheerful and efficient and I'll continue to use their services. And they're LOCAL!

It's only fair to give credit where it's due. I got a new furnace and air conditioner installed by Climate Tech about 4 months ago. Jeff and Joe installed the system in one day, which was helpful in minimizing the time I had to be away from work. The metal work looks good, the piping looks good; nothing sloppy and they kept the job clean. Last week I noticed some water under the furnace. Jeff came out the next day to inspect it and had it fixed under warranty within the week. I was happy with the install back in July, but figured I would wait to see how it performed and not just review instantly. To me it means a lot for a company to come back out and willingly fix issues with the equipment they install. So I would rate my experience with Climate Tech as good; good original install, and a confidence-inspiring service experience later.

I needed to replace a furnace recently on the tail end of Spring. Climate-Tech was a pleasure to work with from beginning until the end. Jeff was timely, very pleasant, and professional. They performed nice work, left the working area clean, and provided me with answers to all of my questions. The entire process was a piece of cake. I will definitely be relying on Climate-Tech for all my HVAC needs.

Moved into my home a few months ago and wanted an inspection of the furnace before it got too cold (furnace is 25 years old). Had Joe and his father, Jeff do an inspection and fix the humidifier. They were very knowledgeable & answered all of my (many) questions, were professional, and had a fair rate! Super nice, would recommend!
