Ypsilanti urgent Care was a wonderful, safe environment for my experience I went there for covid and they were efficient, fast, and took time to answer every question I asked them and they gave me great answers to everything! and they're close to home and I normally have to go to Ann arbor urgent Care not taking anything from that place but it's too far for somebody in my situation where I don't drive. So I depend on transportation from the bus system and it was close I was in and out in 20 minutes

Staff are friendly and understanding. Went for a rapid covid test and had the results in 20 minutes. Never had to leave the car.
The receptions provides very nice customer service. The doctors are very thorough with the information they give you. The nurse is nice and polite and checks on you. This urgent care has a clean environment. No Exhausting wait times!!!!
I only came there for a covid-19 test..that being said they got me right in that day ..explained clearly what i needed and got my results back inside of 24 hours...if the need arises again i will definitely use them
This was the best experience for one needing urgent care!0 Fast, professional, and friendly. Would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to return if needed.
