I picked up a shipped item. The person I talked to on the phone was very nice. When I arrived another person took my information and got a forklift driver to get my item. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Everyone was pleasant and efficient.

Apx Corporate

Horrible customer service. Makes up their own policies outside of corporate policies. Refused to pick up a shipment. We have done hundreds of shipments with Yellow Freight and they were all prepared this same way, This terminal is saying this must be crated. Useless.....
