This is the best Waba I’ve had. There are several locations. Each with various levels of customer service and food quality. It would be 5 stars if this location had consistently good service and food. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case. A majority of the time the food is great. I recommend the half and half chicken and steak bowl or the chicken and veggie bowl. The Waba sauce is in point

Excellent food. Very friendly staff. Sanitizer available. You can either order at the counter for pickup or have it delivered by multiple different apps. The food quality is always delicious & fresh, but it can be a little pricey for something you can get cheaper elsewhere. I highly recommend the steak and veggie bowl. I don't think that steak at other rice bowl places is nearly as good. (Sorry Flame Broiler)
Tried this place already with a friend and I am addicted since then. I liked the great vibes and delicious dishes and drinks. 5 stars from me.
I've never had any problems via ordering online, and the food is always delicious. It's a great and healthy option compared to most fast food chains. I recommend ordering from here over, say, Panda Express.
Place is doing everything right for disease prevention. Except one of the three food handlers had her mask around her mouth only. No point really. Avoid till after Covid.
