One FAKE Boutique!! The worst is when you have some fake “Christian” giving real Christians a bad rep with a horribly run store with fake employees who all look like Karen’s. On behalf of Christianity i apologize what this company has represented. Shame on you.
I made a mistake and double order a shirt. I looked on my account and one order had been fulfilled and one had not. I called to cancel the one that hadn't been filled. Carry (sp?) told me the two orders had been combined and shipped. After thinking about this I realized that meant I was paying 13.90 shipping. So I called back...same person, she said she's GIVING me a 6.95 credit to spend later. I explained I wanted refunded to my card because I don't shop enough to have a credit just hanging around. She said Well I don't know how to refund it so I will just credit it. All awhile I tried to tell her that on the account it actually showed only ONE HAD SHIPPED! She assured me she knew it was combined. Following day I received One shirt, not two. I call again to try and cancel. By this time it's too late. Carry annoyed because I've called back and pointed out that it wasn't combined. She tells me that they do not have time to go russling through orders to cancel a double shirt order that was my mistake. I ask to speak to someone else. She puts me on hold for a long time. Comes back and says that they are too busy to talk to me. Then I get a tacky email with the wrong information in it. Telling me not to call the store any more to email. Well, that's funny because I've emailed before asking questions about sizing and such. They NEVER ANSWER EMAILS. If you think you may need ANY HELP AT ALL shop elsewhere!
