The 5 stars is for technical support. Seems like whenever I have an issue Derrick is always who helps me. He’s an excellent employee that represents beam speed well. He’s polite and seems like he genuinely wants to help. Can’t say the same for those in the billing department their not knowledgeable or polite. Be like Derrick.

Awesome service out in the counties. Able to stream and play video games with out having to worry about data caps. And best thing no contracts.

Worst internet provider in Yuma, my internet and WiFi is constantly going out their service is slow, it even makes it hard on my 10 year old daughter to do her online school work with the internet going out all the time and she even gets behind in her work cause of this and it's not fair to her, something is always going wrong with their equipment and then they give you the run around of why they can't fix it right away but yet they expect payment on time weather your service is working or not, I'm very tired of dealing with this company and their service so I'll be switching my provider's to a way better company. One that loves and respect their customers and their business and that are willing to work with you. So if you're looking to get internet for your home or business i would go with another provider other than beamspeed they are just not worth it.

I had the services but with the pandemic I was unable to make payments billing would not make payment arrangements until I spoke with a manager. This manager helped but unfortunately we had a death in the family due to covid and internet was not a priority now 2 and a half months later we need the services on for school and I was prepared to make the payments we owed but after speaking with the billing manager I have to pay almost double what we owe to get services restored. I know we owe the services but working something out with this company is not an option from their standpoint it seems. I have scheduled a day and time for them to pick up their equipment which the billing manager was happy to do. I used to come in and make payments since we had the services for about a year but just started making the payments over the phone but it didn't get any better since their billing department are all rude and never smile except today when scheduling the equipment pick up. Oh well that's my vent now I have to send my kids to school since they can't do virtual schooling without internet. And this company is the only provider where I live unless we want a satellite on our home. Thanks for nothing beamspeed keep your rude employees very happy.
