I’m simply blown away by the level of quality, detail and precision of this company. I hit a deer in early December of 2020, which caused some damage to the front of my truck, however, you would never know now. The work is flawless and looks even better than before. All their reviews and positive feedback that you hear about on the radio is absolutely true. Their office manager, Candice, kept me updated throughout the whole process, handled the insurance claim and even stayed late so I could come get my truck after I got off work. If you’re reading these reviews bc you are cross-shopping repair centers, do yourself a favor and go with Complete. Oh by the way, they even cleaned the truck inside and out, put tire shine on and everything. Thank you very much!

My experience with Complete Collision was second to none. While I hope I don't ever need them again....(ha) it's safe to say I will never go to another repair shop. Having the rental office on-site made things exceptionally easy, and I was grateful to not have to worry with the claim since they handled everything for me. The staff made an effort to text me regularly with updates on where they were with the process so I never wondered what was going on. Then the work on my car itself came out beautiful and looks as nice as the day I bought it. To top it off, I was surprised to see my car had been beautifully cleaned inside and out when I went to pick it up. It felt so good to have my car back and in pristine condition. Thanks guys. :)
I will use Complete Collision again. They did an excellent job and even with a very limited staff due to Covid-19 they still got my SUV in and out in a timely manner. The paint job is perfect and I received service with a smile. Great experience!!

Complete Collision Center is the absolute best body shop ever! Doug and his staff are amazing. I really appreciated Candice and Amber who we’re always there through text or call when I had questions. They also would update me without having to ask. I have used this company 4 times so I would say it is the best and I will continue to use Doug and his company. Thank y’all for y’all hard work!
