Great experience. Every contact I've had with them, before and after I bought a bike there has been helpful. The bike is better than I'd hoped and the staff at Zach's were helpful and knowledgeable. If I understand correctly, when you buy a bike there, you get free one day and six month tune ups to make sure your questions are answered and the bike is perfectly tuned for you. Good selection of adult bikes, electric bikes, and kids bikes, plus good quality accessories priced as low as I've found them. Great place to buy a bike!
