Awesome customer service! I went in looking for a phone case for my iPhone XS. I went to 5 stores the previous day with no luck. They had multiple options to choose from. The guy who helped me was dope. Even gave me a discount on the case which I thought was super nice of him. Will definitely be going back

Product I purchased was a Mophie Juice Pack for my Galaxy S9. Supposed to have a 2 year warranty but won't honor it. Sorry. Not really about this location. More aimed at the ZAGG corporate office.

Today we had a couple of new screen protector products installed. Eric R. Was fantastic. The store was super busy and he handled each customer with a smile and such efficiency. I had a good experience at this location. David took care of my Samsung Galaxy S20 5G with a screen protector and told me about a great fast charger from Mophie. I bought the fast charger as well.

I went into the store to heaven fix the cover for my I watch. For some reason I thought it was free, I said to my watch I was leaving the guy called me and said that it was five dollars. Five dollars is pretty reasonable, but I wish he had told me ahead of time. Good service, store is clean.

The employees were very friendly and had me in and out of the store very quickly. I appreciated this during these COVID times, where some businesses don’t seem to have as good of in-person customer service. They helped me do a warranty exchange with the keyboard for my tablet. I like how ZAGG stands behind their products and they don’t make you jump through extra hoops to get a replacement. It’s easier to feel good about spending the money for their products when they stand behind them so well.
