UPDATED 7/8/19 to 4 stars. Customer Service finally helped me after we traded several emails that didn't address my issue. Took my first ride tonight; quick and easy to use, will have to attempt a mid- ride stop to evaluate the locking system away from a Zagster bike rack. Bike was in great condition (it's early on, hoping they will be well-maintained). Love the idea... So far I can't get the app to work, it just times out. Calling Zagster just tells you to go online... to a system that doesn't work. Willing to reevaluate if I can get things working; one star for now.
