The woman who answered me was clearly busy with someone, but stopped what she was doing to help me. Was extremely knowledgeable about the store and helped me order a part, even though I didn't have the specific model number. However there's plenty of bikes and projects there for them to fix, making this place more than likely great, because of how much work they have!
