Very disappointed with Carpet Bonanza. We drove from Jenison as we had seen on your website you were taking masking precautions seriously. I walked in and NO ONE was masked. I counted 11 people (10 were employees) and none were masked. Lost my business, what a blatant disregard to our state mask mandate. I will not be giving my to businesses that do not follow state mask mandates.

Some of my laminate flooring was damaged, a small 4 x 6 ft area in front of our fridge, and another company wanted to replace the entire kitchen, dining and entry flooring to the tune of 8000 plus because they smelled the insurance money. I talked to Carpet Bonanza about it Wednesday, they inspected it Thursday and fixed it Friday for about 500. I am very happy with their service.

I have shopped with Carpet Bonanza on several occasions as I prefer to shop local, regrettably the service and quality have notably gone down hill. After the last interaction I will not be returning nor recommending this company. If you do decide to work with them watch any quote you are given very carefully and insure any subsequent visits are billed correctly. Also insure your quotes line items cover the entirety of the project before signing: if an item is verbally stated asked for it in writing.

This is not the first time we walk in to purchase new flooring and we are ignored. I had requested someone to assist us and when he came he had no time for my questions. When walking out no one even acknowledged us leaving...makes you wonder why we didn’t fit into their shoppers profile.
