Excellent Dealer - I flew 1,000 miles to purchase a Maserati (that I had not seen in person) from this dealer. I drove it 1,000 miles home the next day. I would not have done this but the GM was extremely helpful and I had a good feeling about the dealer. This was night and day from my last highline purchase (Jaguar) which was awful. When I arrived, the car was EXACTLY as described (flawless) and all of the paperwork was EXACTLY as described (down to the penny). It's very refreshing to do business with a truly honest car dealer. I have been here a few times with one of my friends. The Service dept seems to like to blow people off. A vehicle that’s been in for 74 plus days on a new Jeep thats barely a year old with zero resolve is pretty sad to me. I think Chrysler should be replacing this Jeep!

If you are in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend that you see Rod Dewey and his team at Zeigler CDJR in Grandville! They are definitively not your typical car dealership. I was conducting a nationwide search for a specialty vehicle and came across Zeigler. While I was apprehensive about buying sight unseen across state lines, they made the whole process very pleasant, transparent, and fair. Rod and his staff treated me like family, going way above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Even though this dealership is over 500 miles from my home, I definitely will be reaching out to them when I am in the market for a new car again. This is how car buying should be. I can't thank them enough.
