I walk in and the clerks are kicking it with a dude with mask fully off and they tell me I have to cover my nose. I walked out with my money. Stop lying. Yall were kicking it. He had a mask under he helmet. Yeah yall put em on quick so you could complain to me. Sucks to be a hypocrite I guess.

The items in the store are nice, however the customer service is terrible. The employee was just rude and curt. I understand that some items are collectibles and should be handled with extreme care, but he constantly belittled my partner and made it seem as if a 30 year old man was incapable of holding a box safely. He also completely disregarded my partner and spoke over him while he was telling him how excited he was about the things we had purchased. Save your money and take it elsewhere, there are plenty of cool places that dont have a rude arrogant man working.

It's nice to have a store like Zen Garden, but I don't come here as often like before. The atmosphere whenever I visited was always good since the previous owner was really nice and would engage with costumers. Nowadays the atmosphere in there feels weird, and I honestly feel uncomfortable being in there There's barely a greet whenever I visit. I thought it was just me coming in on the wrong days but even my friend has similar experiences every time she goes. I hope that changes soon because I want to continue supporting the store and buy figurines (if they have anything Final Fantasy related because I don't think they had any for some time now ahhhhh)

Great place and merch! The body pillows make me feel things and the mask keeps me from drooling all over my shoes. The gentleman who runs the store is always fun and friendly, the only downside is that I am not offered pancakes during my visit, however, I still enjoy my experiences very much! Will visit again. 69/69

I don't recommend buying masks from here. Mine fell apart in 2 weeks. Now i can't even wear it and i spent around 10 or 15 dollars on it.
