Stay away from them if you do not want to ruin your mood for a day. Front desk lady had a really bad attitude. Dr. Zhou please train your staff how to do a customer service or rehire other people. otherwise you will lose more customers....

Treat Customers Right

Where do I begin? Zhou comes off arrogant. She doesn't really care about the patients' experience, which explains why so many others on different websites gave her bad reviews. Zhou & her office don't communicate well, act distant, & give low quality service. Originally, when I first set the appointment, I booked a different doctor for back-up. I'm glad I had the back-up. We waited long times, over an hour or two just to see the doctor despite our appointment. And that was before we got into the patient room. We waited an additional long time for her when we were finally seated. I felt like she forgot about us or just didn't care. I had to look for her! When I found her, she basically shrugged us off and told us to continue to wait. When I asked if she had any refreshments for the long wait, she arrogantly and bluntly said no while she continued to walk off. Much of her staff is rude & uncourteous except for Marisol. She follows through and is considerate. Later on we also found additional charges nearly a 1000 extra that was not communicated to us we would be charged for. When I called their office with questions multiple times for Zhou and one of her nurses (Wendy?), they don't return calls. Sometimes you read bad reviews and want to give the benefit of the doubt, and it's so sad when they are true. Don't support this business!

I really NOT SUGGEST/RECOMMEND this doctor, this is my honest report. A month ago, I was referred by my Chinese primary doctor to her to help diagnose my abnormal menstrual period symptom. My first impression on her clinic is that rarely they speak English (the person helps check-in is also Chinese). The staff was not very nice to customers. The more important observation---Dr. Zhou performed an intravaginal ultrasound for me even without asking me if I can do the intravaginal procedure ！ The worst thing was she misdiagnosed my disease as endometrial poly which is diagnosed in Memorial Herman hospital later as PERFECT NORMAL by both radiologist and OBGYN specialist with a rating of about 5 !! Dr. Zhou not only misdiagnosed, she was also quite sure I need to come back to her clinic for a surgery, what can you imagine she will do to me in the surgery if as a fact she did't find anything abnormal in my uterus?? she also asked me to take contraceptive forever without caring about any side-effects that would pose on my overall health. After I saw my second doctor in Memorial Hermann, I can confirm she lack enough medical knowledge for being a OBGYN doctor. If you have any OBGYN symptom, please do not go to this doctor. Also she acts like very indifferent about her patient and didn't care what patient think at all, I feel even she want to scare me by telling me a lot of wrong statistics for what this disease will bring me later. Finally, after she done with the procedure, she did not even willing to/voluntarily give me my records, and did so only after I asked her.

Very Expensive visit fee and poor service.All of them are cheaters! They have no the professional ethic. They 're not seriously to treat the patients at all. You could not believe they got your full charge for two tests but they only did one. It had exposed when you called back to ask for the results from the receptionist.
