The staff here are so sweet and friendly. I came here for a massage and bath. The bath was very relaxing and I got a great view. (Check out the pictures and you'll know what I mean) They gave me a little goodie bag and card for my birthday. It was so sweet of them. My massage therapist got rid of a lot of my knots and has a great sense of humor. It is definitely worth coming here.

Amazing and relaxing treatment was amazing spa is beautiful and tranquil. Outside bathtub is just mesmerizing. Would do it again ! ! Hotel is tranquil and beautiful as well
Loved the attentiveness of the front desk staff, and my therapist was amazing. I've had plenty of massages in the past, and this was truthfully one of the best I've ever had. The therapists know the techniques, are friendly, and give you a little stretch at the end of the session.
Had a 80 minutes deluxe massage session from Kyle and I am completely satisfied. Those annoying shoulder ache that had been bothering me for a week was completely gone (and never came back!).
The energy in this place is like a trip to Thailand on a Sunday. You can feel the authentic intention of the owners who wanted to do just that with there incredible therapists. Thip is a healing beyond your muscles and Nikom the purest heart with skills of Yoda. The manager there Jeroen would always remember who you are and accommodate you as quickly and thoughtfully as possible. Forget Burke Williams. This is real healing.
Warning to future employees! The owner is ego-maniacal and condescending. I was hired, then told don’t ever divulge that she’s the owner (she doesn’t even tell her own clients that she’s the owner), don’t wear colored polish, and earrings have to be small studs, lockstep, etc. I was promised a certain schedule, then she changed it immediately. Misinformation from the minions at the front desk, as well. Uneducated, mismanagement throughout. I left on my first day. That’s why her turnover rate is so high and they’re always looking for new yes-men. Don’t walk, run!
I had a wonderful experience. I felt pampered from the moment I walked in the door. The staff was so friendly. And my masseuse was amazing! And she showed interest in my whole well being. Not just my massage. I had a wonderful facial as well. My skin never felt so refreshed! The waiting area was so relaxing. I could stare at the water wall all day. Another thing I loved was the automatic massage tables. I have short legs and I always need a step stool to get up on the tables. But here they are automatic and are lowered when you get in so you can easily get on and lay down. Then your masseuse raises it up to her desired height. I can't wait to go back. - Christine Walker
The setting relaxes you as soon as you walk in. The staff is always friendly and facility is always clean. I’ve gotten a few massages as well as facials and have never been disappointed. Will definitely be going back.
