So I went to pick up my food later than the time given, and aside from me food not being done they were incredibly rude. They were yelling at the only server working that night, who had told me that employees were “walking out so we are short handed”. I ended up leaving and coming back, and when my food was done it wasn’t very good. The crust was ordered as a beer crust and it was the texture a literal graham cracker. The pizza itself was also pretty soggy, not to mention my salads were spilled in the bag. I don’t understand all the buzz about Ziggys, I would rather drive further to get my food than deal with these rude people.

Tried Ziggys for the first time Friday night. Extremely happy we did! Finally found a place close to home to get bbq. Wife and I both got the pulled pork sandwiches and were very pleased. Thick cut fries were very tasty. Liked that we got a extra cup of bbq sauce because I like to dip the meat that falls out! Definitely the best bbq in town and can't wait to eat here again!
I actually liked their dishes and service, awesome area nearby to my apartment. The cashiers are always super friendly. Highly recommended.
We have eaten here several times. Good burgers and fries, everything else iffy. Had the smoked salmon ceaser salad twice first time it was wonderful, the second time the salmon tasted like it was just dumped out of the package. We have had over cooked extremely dry ribs and tonight stinky under cooked ribs. We threw the whole rack out. Something was definitely off. We also were told they were low on coleslaw, which is fine, we could have picked another side. ‘You got the last two orders’ we really didn’t, they weren’t there. 40 for 3 pieces of fish and baby potatoes. The fish was ok, but 4th on my list of places in town.
Cute place. Came for lunch so went up to the counter to order. Ziggy's does a hybrid counter ordering system with table delivery. Kind of like Culver's but with BBQ. One of the interesting aspects of this system is having to leave a tip before even tasting the food as the pay screen asks if you would like to leave a 15% or 20% tip. I took a guess at what the service would be like and hoped for the best with the food. The smoked chicken salad sandwich had an olive taste to it that one of my fellow dinners found off putting, only ate half of her sandwich and commented that the bread was the best part. I sampled the sandwich and it has a unique flavor. The other dinner and myself had the Memphis: a burger with smoked brisket on top, your choice of cheese and chips. It was ok and topping the sandwich with the hot BBQ sauce helped immensely. The burger was good but the brisket had very little flavor and was greasy. I upped my side to the steak fries and they too were ok. Service was fine. The counter/wait person made four trips to our table; once to bring our food, twice to check on us and to clear our plates when we were leaving. Ziggy's is ok. I had heard from people about how great it was and guess I was expecting more then I got.
