I've got to know several of the individuals who work at the Infiniti dealership over the past month and they all have been wonderful. I believe each of them deserve some form of recognition, so I'd like to take a few moments to thank each of them so you can know what to expect and what I've experienced. I had issues with my last car, so I got to know Trent and Mike quite well. Trent was extremely knowledgable and easy to deal with. I fully appreciated his forwardness and kindness. Mike from the service shop likewise was very straightforward and knowledgable. He definitely wanted to get my car working. At the end of the day, my g37 was toast from some uncommon problem and Trent kindly directed me to Gregg. Gregg sold me my new Q50 and he was great. He treated my extremely well and fairly. It was a great experience and Gregg went above and beyond my expectations. Long story short, these guys care. They are friendly and great to deal with. I was thoroughly impressed with all of them. Thanks guys.
