We called for a consultation and Zinga's had a representative at our house within 3-4 days. Lucas came out and walked us through the entire process. He was very patient and made sure that we were confident in our choices. The fabric and shutter samples made it so easy to visualize. We are very happy with the company and would highly recommend Zinga's to anyone needing window treatments. We can't wait for them to be installed.

I cannot even begin to express my frustration and now complete anger at the way things have gone with our purchase of shutters. We ordered on December 1st. We were told it would take 5 to 8 weeks. At the end of January we contacted our sales girl, only to find out she left the company. Nobody there told us. In February I started emailing, texting and calling to find out what the status was. Long story short, delay, delay, delay. Finally I received a text beginning of March that the shutters would finally be in and I would be contacted by your specialty installation team. Finally I got the call and wouldn't you know it, our friends were here from NJ that week and we would have a full house. I was asked if I could just spare an hour to allow them to install. Really? I wait 4 months and you want me to be further inconvenienced along with my company? He said he would call me in a few days to reschedule for the next week. It is now going on two weeks since he called. I received one notice from someone higher up in the company assuring me this is not how the company is run. It is has been 4 full months and I got one call from someone there apologizing? Since then the company has told me the installer called and I didn't answer which was BS and Saturday they told me he would definitely call on Monday to schedule an appointment. It is close of business on Monday and NO PHONE CALL. Good thing I didn't go for the big money on the privacy motorized screens on the Lanai. At least now I know why you want so much money up front. Sorry for this horrible review but I believe I have been more than patient.

We had a great experience with Justin Smith. He took his time and explained everything to us in detail. He even offered temporary window coverings because we were in need of some level of privacy right away. They arrived within a week and he even took the time to install them. Whenever we had questions he answered my emails promptly. We had a very pleasant experience working with Zinga and Justin in particular. We look forward to enjoying our finished product.

I have to seriously change my review from 5 stars to 1 star. We ordered our blinds and shutters on November 2, 2020 and put down a 75% deposit. We received our roller blinds within 12 weeks, however we are still waiting on our plantation shutters for 2 rooms. The estimated time for installation for everything in the contract is stated as 8-10 weeks. (along with a disclaimer) We are going on over 20 weeks and still no shutters. I do not normally write poor reviews, however I have no other way to describe the service and/or lack of service. There is really no one who will take your concerns or dissatisfaction seriously or who you can talk to. When we tried to talk to someone we just received a text message telling us that "our" manufacturer was having problems. We have really tried to be patient. We understand that many things have had delays during Covid. We also understand that most companies take responsibility and do not leave their customers "hanging" (no pun intended) without blinds. Extremely disappointed that I have had to amend my previous 5 star review (below) to a 1 star and can no longer honestly recommend this company. Outstanding Selection Great Customer Service Mark R from Zinga's met us at our construction site for our new home and showed us many different products. He was easy to talk to, answered all of our questions and we never felt pressured. We are extremely happy with our choices and the pricing and cannot wait to see our new window coverings in our new home. I would highly recommend the company and Mark to anyone needing a quality product at fair prices.

Keith and Andrew did a phenomenal job installing the blinds and shutters. They communicated effectively that they were available to come about 30 minutes early. We said that was ok. They installed all the blinds and shutters in a timely and efficient manner without disrupting our work. I highly recommend having Keith and Andrew to do the installation.
