Flawless from start to finish. We were absolutely well taken care of and had a great experience with Touchdown RV. We rented a beautiful 2020 GMX Explorer Van. Pristine condition with many well appointed amenities. Pam was great during pick-up and Keith was awesome upon our return. Definitely will rent from Keith again. Highly recommend them for first-time as well as experienced RV renters. Much appreciated!

The rental of the trailer at the State Fairgrounds of Indiana worked out just fine for us. The trailer was very clean and well prepared for us when we arrived. Everything was done in an acceptable manner of time. The only complaint we had was that the 20 or 22 foot trailer we rented had no bathroom sink. The space would have been better used eliminating the two single beds and adding a bathroom sink. Otherwise everything was very comfortable and the people were very nice to deal with.
Keith deserves a 4.9 star rating! He was excellent and did not nickel and dime us on anything (we needed a hitch and adapter and he gave us one no questions asked). We had a brand new RV and as such there was an issue here and there. BUT, he spent his Sunday helping us remotely and I could not be more pleased with the service. We will definitely rent from Touchdown again! Thanks Keith.
These guys did a great job on a difficult electrical repair on my truck camper. Excellent job. I'd definitely recommend them.
This was my first RV experience and Touchdown was fantastic from start to finish. We rented a 24 foot class C to take to Brown County for a long weekend and it was clean, comfortable, and much easier to operate than I had anticipated. Touchdown was also the most affordable rental option we could find in town. Seemed like a very good deal.
