My daughter and I went into the store today and everyone was so helpful and super friendly!! They had a huge selection and I loved that they they had costumes and that their seasonal items (Easter and Graduation) were in their own separate area, it made it super easy to find what we needed. Sheila helped us find what we were looking for and was so friendly. Great store and customer service!! Thank you!!

Quickly filled my balloons and immediately came to help with a piñata that I needed down from the shelf. Not enough workers roaming the store however, they were all concentrated at the registers.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. There were 4 employees behind the counter filling balloons and ignoring the growing line of customers. They ignored us so long I ended up putting the cake pan back on the shelf.
