First time, definately not last! Great service and the burger with homemade chips was fantastic! All covid precautions in place as well.

Absolutely amazing. Bartender was awesome service was quick but didn’t effect quality. Hands done great time.
Food is always great and priced right. The only issue is the consistency. It varies from time to time based on the cook. Sometimes it tastes better and other times they change the plating and what's on it. Server Quinn is always happy to see us and very attentive. Very much recommend for all meals including Sunday brunch.
My wife and I were looking for a place to eat after visiting Fort Frederick. We saw a few places that might have been good, and opted for 28 South. We saw that the prices were a little high but hoped the food was good. IT WAS GREAT! The portions were huge and tasted great. Even the kid's food was huge and a value. The inside was nice and were abiding by social distancing guidelines. We plan to go back when we are in the area and hope to bring family/friends!
Amazing food! Really neat place, indoor and outdoor seating. Great drink menu... we tried a few and many unique dishes. We really enjoyed our meal
