This place is GREAT for college students! The leasing and move-in process is very easy and stress-free. The leasing and maintenance staff are hard-working, friendly, and understanding. The suites are located downtown; safe environment, not far from schools, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The price is VERY affordable compared to many other student living options in the city. Utilities included. Furnished with basic necessities. Having no car is NO problem being that there are Marta bus stops right outside the gate.

The staff are always helpful & very attentive! I love how secure the Apartments are. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else! NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH ANYTHING! Awesome living experience!

This is a very honest review! I wish I would’ve went with my 1st instinct and not moved here. All of the reviews are accurate! I promise you. The prices are misleading. The parking is ridiculous. There are rats running around at night downstairs. The rooms are decent, but filled with Roaches. They took pest control out of the lease, so now pest control is full liability of the tenant. The rooms are furnished, but cheap. Buy your own. The elevator breaks down weekly. I’ve been stuck on it and the fire department had to get me out. I’ve also had to walk up 12 flights up steps with groceries. This place can’t even provide the basic necessities but want almost 800 rent, such as...HOT WATER AND HEAT. Yes, everyone it’s true. NOBODY HAS HEAT and the HOT WATER GOES OUT ON A WEEKLY BASIS. WE WERE WITHOUT HOT WATER FOR 2 MONTHS FULLY. There is no security by the way. We have a key fob, but never have to use it since the outside doors are ALWAYS UNLOCKED. The community kitchen is spacious, but the roaches took over that, so it’s best to order out. You can never get in contact with them Via phone. The WiFi is a JOKE. I have 6 months left on my lease, but screw That! I can’t live like this. The only good thing about this place is the central location and Shika! She’s the sweetest!!’

Nice apartments, management is always available if you have a concern. The lady who stays at the front desk(Tarsika) is really kind; if I forget to collect my mail she always tells me when I walk by in the morning or afternoon for work. Maintenance is very fast when there is an issue.
