911 Restoration Oklahoma City came and sanitized two of our locations in Mooreland, OK for Covid-19. Because we are a not for profit the owner, Mike, was gracious enough to provide this services as a donation for the health and safety of our staff and the adolescent girls we serve in our residential treatment program. The OKC team, Joe and Joe, were prompt, professional and an overall delight to work with. The entire Restoration team was amazing working with us regarding our strictly enforced HIPAA policies and time frames to ensure our clients could have a close to routine day. A toilet connection broke at about 10pm on a Wed. night flooding 4 rooms in our home. We called 911 Restoration because of the stated 45 minute response time. Joe Spence and his assistant showed up at our door about one hour later and stayed until two in the morning to remove the standing water and set up their drying equipment. They were back the next morning to remove the carpets and pads[ per our request ] and completed the remediation in two days using their equipment over 5 nights to dry our baseboards and floors. We were very satisfied with their work. Joe made some helpful suggestions and they were easy to work with. We would use them again if we ever need their type of service again.

Was not professional at all or informing enough. Took at least 2 weeks to get the estimate and half the work that needed done wasn't listed. Wouldn't refer anyone to the business. Sorry but true.
