From the beginning with the quote until a phone call today Bill has been detailed, honest and fair in every aspect. Well what can I say. A is not a high enough grade to give these guys. They were here when they said they would be. The work was top notch. I have a growing company and each time I need to expand they are always there for me. Bill knows how to keep me going. The price is fair and the professionalism is top notch. I just called them for another job. I am not even going to bid this out. I know that I will get the best price and great work.

Bill really cares about the quality of the work that they do. He get's it right the first time, set's the right expectations and then delivers flawlessly. I took the time to sit down and get to know Bill a little bit and ever since, he's been the only guy I call when I need cables run. He's taken care of every job I've sent his way from residential clients to some pretty big commercial and industrial accounts. He knows how to properly finish the cables so that they're hidden and the job looks professional and clean. I tried for several years to do this on my own and what would take me 5 hours he has done in well under half the time it took me. Plus, he picks up after himself. I've had to go behind other cable guys and vacuum up the left over bits of wires that were clipped, but with Bill that's not an issue. I won't let anyone else run my cables when it's my neck on the line. Hands down, I'm impressed and honored to be able to continue sending him my business. Bill, thank you for being dependable. I can't enough about what a positive experience it was to work with Bill. We moved to our new location and Spectrum really let us down. In fact, we were unable to take care of our clients for two days. Bill contacted me within hours of my SOS call and within 24 hours, my new office was wired perfectly!
