I reached out to Etronics for a TV install. Erich got back to me right away and set up my install for 2 days later. Erich arrived promptly and installed our 75in TV perfectly. He is very detailed and makes sure your install is done to your satisfaction. Etronics is highly dependable. I have used Etronics multiple times and would recommend them to anyone.

Non-existent communication. Wanted to get a quote for the security system installation. After the walk through Erich disappeared. I texted him on both phone and Facebook (where my messages were read but never responded to), to receive no response at all. I believe it is utterly unprofessional. If you can't do the project, just say so and don't waste people's time.

Etronics’ owner was very friendly when we initially called. However, after speaking there was only problems. We confirmed an appointment for a friend’s birthday installation in the area, but they were a no-call, no-show.
