I'm sure they are good as long as you Dont have any issue with the item. They do not do in house warranty also they will charge you to get your items shipped off I bought a 12 inch kicker sub had it for 2 days and it went out on me I called the lady she said yeah bring it in we will take care of it I did and then got told oh we can't do anything but send it back to the manufacturer for you I was told it would take 2 weeks ended up taking one month in 3 days once I got word that they had it back in the store they charged me an additional 28 dollars for shipping to fix their bad speaker they sold me I voiced to my disappointment all they could say to me was sorry just how it is I told them they would never get my business again they didn't care just said we are not worried about it

Run from this store, Took my Jeep for installation of a stereo and speakeres. Couldn't believe the terrible job. The stereo was not set into the dash properly, they DAMAGED the dash during intallation, and there was a buzzing sound when I turned on the stereo. I had to replace the bezel on the dash and took my Jeep to someone else to have it reinstalled after settling the bill. Seven people, either in the same busines or past experience installing stereos, couldn't believe this store considered this installation was professional. Not one person at this business apologiozed for the damage or admitted it was unacceptable. They were not concered at all about the customer.
