I have been buying from here for years now and I must say I've always been quite pleased with my purchases. I haven't had any issues that these other reviewers are mentioning, I go and purchase what I need and get exactly what I purchased. Equipment works great and I'm still using most of what I purchased! I love the service here, every time I go in I'm greeted in the most warm and friendly manner. I plan to continue to do business with A1 in the future as well. My sales rep has always been Ivette and I would definitely recommend working with her.

We've recently gotten into the restaurant business. However our equipment that came with the building was outdated, and pretty much unusable. A tip from a brother of mine to phone this place for some replacement equipment yielded in some excellent results. I never felt rushed while on the phone, despite the many questions I had. Prices were also very reasonable. Delivery was dropped off just moments ago as I write this review and could not be more pleased. Excellent experience with A1Equipment. Will definitely use them again.
Very Bad experience I bought more than 6500 equipment. The delivery was very late I had to call every Half day. They sold me a salamander for Propane Gaz instead of Natural. When I called they told me to fix the problem with the factory ! Really for now I bought every thing online the customer service is really better and it is more professional.
I bought a freezer few months ago with A1 Equipment. The Brand is AIR EXPRESS ( try to find this brand online!!!!) We have a serious issue with it. The hinges of the door are broken! Not Common! We call A1 Equipement, many many many times...we call you back they said. Today One week later, Yes One week the issue is still there. We try to get the phone number of the Factory, They don't know it! We try to get the technician ! We still waiting for his answer! This is the answer of the owner that I see on a review: \...We strive to give our customers the best in customer service. Please feel free to call us for any further assistance...\ Hey guy we have a problem we try to call you many times, now you know our cellphone number and you didn't answer! After one week because we call them everyday, they told us: \ GO TO HOME DEPOT AND FIND A SOLUTION BY YOURSELF\ This is really not professional! Next Buyers: My recommandation go online the service is real and fast. I had a problem with a proofer in two days the factory fixed it (by the way is less expansive).
