after discovering a leak under my kitchen sink I called AAA Auger to come and fix it. Luckily for me the pipe had just moved out of place. Lupe arrived with a mask and protective wear for my floors which I was happy to see. He explained that the pipe had simply moved out of place and with a turn he simply fixed it. Lupe was very knowledgeable in what had happened and with in five minutes it was repaired. Lupe was professional and quick to find the answer. Definitely would recommend Lupe for your plumbing needs.

I was very pleased with Lupe’s attention to detail and level of knowledge and how he fixed my drainage. But more importantly on how he was apple to explain it to me so that a non plumber could understand. His professionalism was amazing. Very clear and concise - excellent work!!!! I’d recommend him over and over ... I don’t any anyone to come fix my future problems.
My wife and I had been having issues with our shower getting hot enough for the last 8 months after having a new hot water heater put in. We had the plumber who put in the hot water heater and one from a different company come out and work on our shower and \look\ at our new hot water heater. Both came to the same conclusion that we needed a new shower body component. This piece would have to be custom and would include ripping out dry wall behind our wall with estimates in the 3500 range. After a winter of warmish showers that wouldn't stay warm but for10minutes or so I finally asked for recommendations from a few friends for a plumber they trusted for the big project. Eugene Williams with AAA Auger was recommended highly by a family friend and so we set up an appointment with him. On Thursday, 1/22 Mr. Williams came out and spent 15 minutes going over my problems with me and looking at our water in our bathroom. At that point he said \I don't think it is your shower but rather an issue with your water heater.\ He then checked our water heater and found something that both of the other companies had missed. In the long run he was able to fix our issue for less than 200 and one that should have been caught by both of the others. We were ready to spend 3500 for the fix and that would have been a complete waste of money. We could not be happier and recommend Eugene and his services highly!
The wrong toilet was installed. We needed an ADA compliant toilet but we didn't get one. I showed him one of our other toilets which is ADA compliant and told him that I needed a toilet \like that one\. The one that they installed \plugs up\ when a normal sized \dump\ goes in. I have to snake it out. I am sick of it. Due to their longevity in the business, I had assumed that they did good work at a reasonable cost. Not so. I will not be using them again.
