I was visiting my elderly father, and while I was there, his water heater went out. I called and was able to set a day and time to have one of your technicians come out and replace it for him. I was given a call on the day the technician was to arrive, and he was on right on time! When he got there, he was very nice and extremely courteous. His name was Jake, and he was a very easy going guy. I had to leave before the installation was complete, and there was a little water on the garage floor from where the old water heater had failed. I didn't even ask him to, but he used the squeegee my father had in the garage and cleaned the water up. When I returned to my father's house to check on the work, it looked perfect. There was no sign that somebody was even there, other than a new water heater in the old ones place. I would highly recommend these guys, and especially Jake! If I have any plumbing issues at my house, I know who I will be calling, and I know who I will be asking for! When I find a company/person that does great work, I stick with them! Thank you very much!!

We had a tech come out to change our sink faucet. While changing out the faucet, he unseated the sink from the old calking. Once he left I noticed that the sink had come loose as it slid out of alignment when I was using it. I had to call him to come back to the house and fix the calking after he left. He came back to re-calk the sink and instead of scraping off the old calking, he just applied some transparent calking over the old stuff. I assumed that it would dry white so you couldn't see the old calking, because I couldn't imagine why he wouldn't scrape off the old stuff but that was not the case (I guess that is my fault for not clarifying). You can see the old broken calking through the stuff that he reapplied. Seems like he did an overall poor job and couldn't be bothered to fix the mistake. This was pretty disappointing considering how many good reviews this company has.

Plumbing and A/C Medic always responds promptly and today’s service to install a shower valve was no different. Their excellent customer service starts at the first phone call and extends all the way through the service. Francisco came to the house, made a quick estimate which is communicated prior to service. This is the second time we have had Francisco for plumbing services. He remembered us from the previous time which was nice. His work is very professional and expeditious. He did not mind me watching and answered all my questions which adds to my comfort. Very happy with the results and will use them in the future for all my plumbing work.

Carlos and Tim did a great job with our sewer pipe concerns. Carlos also installed 2 new toilets for us. Excellent customer service. I would recommend them and will also use them again for any future plumbing needs.
