I bought 2000 lbs of rubber mulch. The shipping was a little bit on the higher side compared to the big box places. The price of the mulch was a lot cheaper but with that being said, the packaging was ten times better than the big box companies and the overall price of the mulch was cheaper. So overall it was cheaper than the big box company, plus, instead of it being in a big bag, its in 50 individual bags all wrapped together. The big box company, it took an hour to unload and a lot of labor. With AAA State of Play, it took about 15 minutes because of the way the manufacturer packaged their product. Even though the transportation company is only responsible for \curbside\ drop off, the driver helped me take it up my driveway with an incline. Communication was pretty good, but a little more communication with ETA would be appreciated. I reached out to them after 7 days after purchase because I did not get a delivery date. But when I did call to inquire, they were prompt and informative about the manufactures observance of Religious holiday. That is not enough to drop the 5 star rating because they did tell me between 1 and 2 weeks and it was 1 week and a half. Thank you for great experience!
