I first met Franciso Baez when I was searching for Commercial Real Estate help for a new building we were opening. I had zero experience with Commercial Real Estate and was looking for the right agent to help us. Prior to meeting Francisco, I had tried working with two well known Commercial Real Estate companies and was becoming frustrated with the lack of effort, professionalism, and assistance in finding a location. When I was finally connected to Francisco I was hesitant about working with him as I had been let down by two agents from two different companies already. Francisco assured me he was different and that he would prove me wrong. I am happy to say that he did! Francisco puts in the work it takes to find you the right property. He was constantly searching for locations, contacting agents and owners, and setting up appointments for us. I was very impressed when he showed up to the appointments and had a list of questions ready for the owners regarding each specific property. These were the details I would have missed as I had zero Commercial Real Estate experience. Francisco had me covered and I felt like we were in the right hands. He is going to make sure you don’t have any hidden surprises and that you get a fair deal. During the journey, I also had a lot of requirement changes and he rolled with the changes seamlessly.
