If you like to explore new tastes this is the place to come to, the other location was small and hard to get a table but the new location is big enough for me and my friends to get togther. The chef is the same as at the old location and the service is great. Brooklyn finally has a real 5 STAR restaurant

Abistro is one of those rare restaurants where everything just comes together. It's minimalist, but the service is always attentive and, more importantly, the food is amazing. The fare is Senegalese inspired, but definitely American. It's not the cheapest place, but it's cheaper than anyplace in NYC with food this good.
Awesome food, the fried chicken had 4 distinctive yet complimentary flavors on one plate. Johnny makes a well balanced cocktail, not sweet and not overpowering.
A nice laid-back setting and great bistro food are pluses, this is a very good family restaurant for good price.
Amazing food, beautiful dining room.
Server forgot to put in our order and then made vague promises of free drinks next time. Of course, in a town with choices there won't be a next time.
I've never had a meal here I wasn't still talking about an hour later. One of my local faves.
