Contacted Above and Beyond seeking to replace old style thermostat with a programmable unit. Above and Beyond provided options as well as recommendations and costs associated for/with each. Very easy going, no pressure, very easy set up appoint day/date as well as flexible time for installation. Above and Beyond provided Service Technician (Jesse George) name and photo as well as estimated arrival time. Jesse arrived at the stated time, (on time) had booties on to protect flooring, also wore a mask and gloves upon entering my home. He (Jesse) was extremely polite, explained everything pertaining to the installation of the thermostat. I've used Above and Beyond for other services related to heat and air, every time, I've been extremely satisfied...I can't say enough good things about Above and Beyond. . If your heat and air systems require service and or maintenance....CALL Above and Beyond you wont be disappointed.

Office staff great, all 3 techs great, had to be cold overnight because they had to order the part but that happens... I have used this company before and will again! I appreciate the techs working in homes where they don't know if they will be exposed to covid so I can be comfortable!!! They are truly essential workers and deserve everything we can do to thank them! They do wear masks and gloves. Thanks!

Will and the 2 others helping him had no problem working in 15 degree weather to make sure our new heat and air system was installed properly..they had a little issue hooking up to the old thermostat so they ran new line instead of just trying to make it work making me feel better about the longevity of the install. These guys were great. I also want to throw a shout out to G, Jason, and the rest of the Above and Beyond crew for putting up with our gas install situation...we had plumbing and gas issues for 2 months they stayed true to the deal they offered us in December but didn't end up installing until February...they made sure they got me max discounts from OGE and ONG. Very professional exceptional crew and honesty for days which is hard to find these days...I recommend using a quality provider...these guys are awesome!!!

This is my third time using Above and Beyond. It was a ten star experience! I'm from the Midwest, and even I think it is cold with this unpresented snow storm. I THOUGHT that my furnace might be off a little, but wasn't positive. Online scheduling made it easy to sync with my busy work schedule, and they confirmed that I had a minor issue. Fixed VERY quickly and worth every penny. I'll always choose to spend my money in the community.
