Had my inside and outside unit replaced. This group is fantastic to work with. Pleasant and explain everything in terms I could understand and did an amazing job. Ms. Bonnie in the office is not only efficient but is also very pleasant and a pleasure to speak with. So pleased with the entire process.

HORRIBLE DO NOT. CALL THEM RUN RUN find someone else I bought a new unit a Goodman it is so loud it did not work right the first 30 days. They came by and stated it was fine. I paid over 6000 for the unit. On day 31 they stated something was wrong and I had to pay 800 dollars to get it repaired. It still is not working right. MY HOUSE STILL DOES NOT COOL IT IS WORSE THEN THE OLD ONE I LOST 6000 DOLLARS. DONT LET THEM SELL U A LEMON RUN RUN

Last June we were told we needed a new Air Handler and heat pump. They were malfunctioning and the age just warranted a new one. We chose America Standards because if the DBI. We wanted the quietest they offered. They installed the unit but never tested the heat! In October upon returning to Florida we turned on the heat! It sounds like a jet ! Absolute after multiple visits and calls says that’s the way it is. American Standard says the vendor has to fix the issue. They will only deal with the vendor! They could move the unit into the garage but that is at and additional cost of 6,000 over the initial fee we paid! 5 months of going back and forth! We’re getting one excuse after another from both American standard and Absolute! The only way to fix this is to have the vendor says it’s defective! The owner refuses to deal with American Standard because he claims they are going him a run around too! My husband told the Absolute A/c company we are going to our lawyer! He went ballistic yelling and hung up! He claims we chose unit, so we are stuck with it! They are falsely advertising they stand behind their service and products!

Today I had a new heat and air system installed and I am really please with with their service and Bonnie at the office is a joy to work with. I couldn't ask for better or more timely service.
