I purchased a Mercedes CLS550 from this location in 2018 and I had the best experience. Customer service was great and over 2 years later my car is still running smooth. I plan to buy another vehicle soon which is what led me to look them up again. I just so happen to look through their reviews and seen some people were dissatisfied and I just couldn’t believe it. I hope my review helps someone being that it is 2 years later and I am still able to say I had the perfect experience and I love my car !!!!!

I was surprised to see the variety and number of high end vehicles on display as well as the customer service and friendliness I experienced.

It's absolutely nothing I HATE more than people who say they will call back and they don't. I'll admit, we had to play phone tag a couple times, but when I did call back and someone advised me that the person I was talking to will \call me back\ that is what I expect. I feel that is poor customer service. Now I will say the the guy I did talk to name Jerrell (I think) was pleasant, he just doesn't return calls. Even if they were calling to say \sorry we can not help you at this time\ is better than silence. But I guess silence is also a form of communication.

My brother bought a car from them, 2 weeks later check engine light comes on, then the car starts overheating. Took to a mechanic and was told that the dealership sold me a piece of junk and most likely will need a new engine.
