They gave me a fair trade on my vehicle, a fair price on the new car I was looking at, held the vehicle for me with a deposit as they fixed a couple issues I spotted at their own expense, filed paperwork in a timely manner, and provided friendly, no-nonsense service to make for a quick and painless transaction. They’re a used car dealer, so you’ve got to evaluate them accordingly—no used car is perfect and no dealer is psychic, and every dealer needs to make a profit to stay in business. I worked with Doug, who provided exemplary customer service and worked with me to address any concerns I had. I was more than happy to buy my car here and support a local small business, and I’d certainly buy from them again in the future if the right car showed up in their amazing showroom!
