Coming up on a year (Sept) that I purchased my 2019 MDX. Not a single problem with my vehicle! My buying experience was great too. No haggling or numbers playing. Just had the oil changed and felt it necessary after this visit to say that the experience was the best it could be. They're service team is kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. I could not be happier with my experience at Acura of Berlin!! I had done quite a bit of research prior to going in which helped, but my sales person Andrew was patient, considerate, respectful and attentive. He listened to exactly what I said I was looking for and what I wanted to pay and didn’t push me in a different direction or treat me like I didn’t know what I was talking about the way many sales people can. Stacey, the finance manager, was also efficient and attentive, doing all of the work before I arrived on the day I finalized the purchase to make sure I had the best loan for me along with the extended warranty and all within my budget. I usually dread buying a new car - but this was just so easy! I love my new car so much and I will definitely recommend Acura of Berlin to friends and family just like it was recommended to me!
