A few weeks ago, my boyfriend ran into some serious gastro issues. We were uncomfortable at the thought of visiting a doctors office during a pandemic, but we decided to go with Eisenman & Eisenman in light of their great reviews. Not only have things been going great with his gastroenterologist, Dr. Usta, but the staff and nurses at this establishment have been extremely professional and responsible and made us feel safe during all of his office visits and procedures. Specifically Kasia, who was checking in patients and temperature checking everyone who walked through the front doors. While I waited for my boyfriend's procedure to be done, she made me feel comfortable and safe the whole time, and was just overall really nice and dedicated to making sure everyone is safe once they go inside the building. Thank you Kasia for making an uncomfortable situation way better than we thought it would be!

Dr. Usta and his staff are absolutely wonderful. He took the time on the initial visit to listen and answer all questions and concerns about an upcoming procedure I was going to have done. On the day of the procedure which was to take place in the surgery center in the same building ( which was very convenient) I met with him, the anesthesiologist, and the rest of the nursing staff. Every single one of them was wonderful and seemed to truly care about some of the concerns I still had...and after talking with them all for about 5 minutes, they eased my fear and made me feel comfortable and ready to proceed. Everything worked out great and the procedure went well. Dr. Usta was professional and thorough and and I would not hesitate to put my trust in this group for any future medical needs.
