Someone calls you less than 3 days before the procedure that YOU need to check if your insurance covers the anesthesia group. The anesthesia groups vary by procedure location, but the office didn't provide the group name until this last minute call. Even the scheduler didn't mention this. Fortunately I was able to cancel without getting charged the cancellation fee (300 if within 7 days of the procedure). So difficult to schedule a procedure -- I had to play phone tag with the scheduler for a couple weeks. You have to leave voice messages and it takes the scheduler several days to get back to you. You only see the doctor during the procedure. So impersonal and like a factory. I'll be finding another GI!

I am a prior customer. After initially being on hold for 30 minutes, the receptionist noted paperwork would be emailed. When I didn't receive within a few days, I called back (hold of 40 minutes) and the receptionist then emailed the paperwork. Upon completion of extensive paperwork, I submitted. After one week and another extensive hold, I was informed I would receive a scheduling call. A week later I received a long voice mail with questions, requesting responses be left on their voicemail, which I did (although concerned). I have heard nothing since and have left multiple messages with the answering service or office requesting a call back. I'm at two months trying to schedule an appointment, so moving on to another provider. However, I am posting so others can avoid this challenge. Terrible customer service.

The scheduler had such a terrible attitude, after had me 40 minutes waiting trying to schedule my appointment and treat me very unfearful I asked to let me speak to someone else and he hung up on me, I couldn't imagine what would be the result if get my procedure with this GI Drs. Mistreated and with so many extra bills from them and Anesthesiology because according with all other people responses this is a big issue, so please do not waste your time visiting this place, also I send a message to see if I could still make the appointment after all and try for second time two days later, and waiting forty minutes and no one answer I give up. Won't recommend this practice to any one.
