A family member recommended Dr. Bansal because of his expertise and said their experience was very pleasant. I wholeheartedly agree! Every member of the staff was professional and pleasant. The doctor and PA took the time to clearly explain things and even had me meet the anesthesiologist to address my concerns. It's the first time in a long time that the office staff at a doctor's office made me feel like a person rather than just another number. Other medical offices should take lessons from Dr. Bansal and his staff. Great experience!
