While we are new clients of Agency Jet- the process has been very smooth and transparent. We are already seeing a benefit of working with them and they are very easy and explain in clear concise terms of what they are doing and why. They will go into full detail or keep it limited based on your preference but they do want to keep communication clear and us the clients up to date. Will review again after the initial contract is up. I would say the only thing I still don't quite understand is what we actually get according to the contract. Might be my ignorance but maybe not. One big thing though is how they went through the issues that they saw with everything were were doing along with the good things were doing and how they could make it better and how they were going to go about doing that. We really liked that and that is why we went with them. As most agencies have similar pricing from who we spoke with but Agency Jet was very clear on how they would help and the process to do so.
