For having an “immediate” assistance line... it’s not immediate or urgent. Nobody ever answers or responds back. We feel it’s not their priority to care for any of their tenants. They take our money and yet still ask for more money to fix stuff that is under 50. Ownership and management need to change. DO NOT deal with these “slum” lords. It’s probably because it’s partially owned by Livingston County judges. What a surprise... GREEDY! Making less fortunate people less fortunate.

Stopped in at the Canandaigua site. Viewed the homes. Some with the salesman that was there. Since I am interested in a modular, he told me I needed to go to the Avon site. They could do custom there. He did he only dealt with the manufacturers of the manufactured homes. So I ran off to Avon. We walked into the office and saw our heard no one but smelled popcorn. Finally a make voice said you come around the corner. We went around the corner to see a man sitting with his feet on the desk, eating popcorn and no mask. I told him I had been to Canandaigua and I was interested in looking at modulars. He Finally got up, got keys then showed me which ones he would unlock but never put a mask on even though there is a sign on the door saying mask required. We walked through the 3 houses he unlocked then went back in the office. I was interested in along questions, but he good me I need to go back to the Canandaigua office and they would help me there. I tried to tell him what they had said there but he seemed in a hurry to get me gone. He gave me a card for a saleswoman in Canandaigua. I May give her a chance but if I were to judge based on my experience from both places today, I would not go back.

First off I have been renting from agl since June. I live in crossroads Park on 15a. Greene village drive. They have made so many promises before move in. But now when I call with an emergency which is from one of there rental homes I am told to stop bothering them and to shut my mouth from the head service tech whose name is Timothy king. He refuses to give me any contact info for the regional manager and precedes to tell me he is not going to help me any further. I have 5 children that reside in my home and agl is the type of apartment owner that doesn't care to assist there tenants. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, I'm still being refused contact info for the regional manager and am now on a block list so I can't contact anyone. Please to anyone that reads reviews do not get involved with agl homes as you will regret every bit of it. And as for Timothy king, very unprofessional and should loose his job.

The initial meet and greet of AGL is outstanding. However living there for 2 years was a nightmare. The \brand new\ home they had us rent had the master bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, half the living room, back bedroom and the back bathroom all on one circuit while the 3rd bedroom and the other half of the living room was on the 2nd circuit. We had power blown 3 times, the meter replaced twice and the conduit rebuilt. When our heat went out in the middle of winter in below freezing they deemed it a non emergency (we had 2 kids and a dog at the time) same thing happened in the summer when the fans stopped working due to the AC unit blowing the power (electrician was baffled by how the house ewas wired and was sure the AC unit was fine) the house for the price was fine, but the services offered were terrible also an extra 25 to pay online?! It's 2020, get updated on your stuff. If they can't even properly wire and build a manufactured home, don't hire them to build an actual house for you.
